Steps for using Geisha balls

THE Chinese balls are a wonderful accessory to strengthen the muscles of the perineum gently. But they still need to be used correctly. Otherwise, the results might even be the opposite of your expectations…

So let's start with the main steps to use this accessory:

  1. First, wash your hands with warm, soapy water before you begin.
  2. Likewise, clean your Geisha balls carefully with mild intimate soap and lukewarm water. Then dry them well.
  3. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant on each ball, to facilitate insertion.

Whether you are 20, 30 or older, here is the basic technique:

  • Get into position and place your intimate accessory into your vagina.
  • Gently contract the perineum by squeezing the Chinese balls. Imagine trying to squeeze them.
  • Then, contract your muscles from the entrance to the vagina inwards, to raise the balls upwards. If you do it the right way, you will notice that the withdrawal string fits slightly into your vagina.
