Order and payment

What are the delivery times?

For mainland France, your order will be shipped within 24 working hours and your package will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

Outside mainland France, your order will be shipped within 24 working hours and your package will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days (customs clearance time not taken into account).

I wanted to pay in three installments without fees, but I selected a one-time payment

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change your payment. You will need to cancel your order so that you can place a new order on our website and select the option to pay in installments.

Delivery and returns

Can I have it delivered to a parcel relay?

Yes, absolutely. To do this, simply select the “Colissimo – Parcel relay” option and choose the relay that suits you during the order process.

Is it possible to have it delivered to the French Overseas Territories?

For the moment we do not deliver to overseas departments and territories.

On the other hand, our partner PerineeShop makes deliveries to your home. Don't hesitate to take a look!

Is it possible to deliver to a country outside Europe?

We do not currently deliver outside Europe (except Switzerland).

On the other hand, our partner, PerineeShop, certainly makes deliveries to your country. Don't hesitate to take a look!

We can also deliver your product to a trusted person in France so that they can then send it to you in your country.

Is it possible to have orders delivered to Switzerland?

Yes, we do ship to Switzerland!

However, for any order placed with a merchant outside your country worth more than 65 CHF, you may be subject to additional customs fees in case of inspection, although this is not systematic. These fees are determined by the Swiss customs authorities and are beyond our control.

I received a damaged package / I did not receive my package

If you haven’t received your package, we invite you to check the tracking of your shipment using the link you received at the time of dispatch. Then contact our customer service via our contact form.

If you received a damaged package, we invite you to send us photos at lea@fizimed.com.

For any undelivered or damaged package, Fizimed commits to sending a new package within 7 business days after receiving your claim!
