After pumping your milk with your Emy Pump breast pump, pour it directly into the bag and close the double zip slider.
The milk can be stored:

  Remember to note the date and time of pumping to ensure optimal storage and use of your liquid gold and to follow the recommendations for storage duration in the refrigerator and freezer. Also, always ensure the bag is properly sealed before laying it flat or transporting it to avoid any leaks.

To avoid leaks, it is important to squeeze out any air before closing the bag, then check that the double zip closure is properly engaged along its entire length. Next, to make storage easier, you can place the bag flat in the refrigerator or freezer (this also limits pressure on the closure). During transport, slip the bags into an insulated bag or a dedicated pouch to protect them from friction and shocks.
