My doubt: finding my body again after giving birth

My name is Victoria, and I gave birth to my daughter 11 months ago.
For me, sport is essential: I love running and I do triathlon.

But after giving birth, I felt genuine apprehension. I wasn’t sure my pelvic floor was strong enough to handle the impact of running.

It’s a strange feeling to no longer feel completely “in control” of your pelvic area, and that uncertainty held me back from wanting to get back to training.
