Frequently Asked Questions about Emy Trainer

How long does it take to see results?

According to Emy Trainer users, the first improvements in muscle tone and the reduction of leakage can be seen after 3 weeks of use, with 3 10-minute sessions per week.

Does the Emy Trainer probe replace the physiotherapist or midwife?

No. Emy Trainer is designed as a complementary tool. It lets you complete an initial assessment with a professional, then continue training at home or maintain results over the long term. The healthcare professional can set up specific protocols for their patient, or they can choose from the 8 programs already available in the app.

What are the benefits of biofeedback?

Biofeedback makes it possible to visualize the actual contractions and relaxations of the pelvic floor muscles. The app transmits these contractions and relaxations in real time on the screen, making it possible to correct the movement immediately and avoid harmful reverse pushing.
