I am a mother of 2 children aged 34 and 14 months. After my first pregnancy I didn't have couldn't do my rehabilitation completely and then I got pregnant very quickly.

Before I gave birth, I didn't know what the perineum was at all because I had never heard of it. Once I became a mother I started to have urinary leakage and I was misinformed.
