Today we are going to talk about cystocele. To put it simply, a cystocele is a herniation of part or all of the bladder into the vagina. This form of prolapse is the most common among the different organ descent and it is therefore the case of Maryse who is affected by it. Even if the operation is inevitable for her, the Emy probe allowed him to feel better in his body.

When cystocele surgery is inevitable…
Can you introduce yourself and explain to us why you started using Emy?
Suffering from prolapse, cystocele to be precise, I had to have surgery to lower my bladder but unfortunately, confinement did not allow me to do so and the operation therefore had to be postponed. I then turned to the Emy probe to prevent it from getting worse. So far it seems to be working and I have been able to become more aware of my perineum! I am now waiting for my operation which is scheduled for early October.
…but Emy can help you
How did your perineal rehabilitation go with Emy?
Very good, the probe is easy to use !
When did you notice the first effects of the Emy probe on your perineum?
I noticed the effects of the Emy probe when I felt less the weight of my bladder.
In addition, I feel the contractions of my perineum better, I am more aware of these muscles.
The importance of lifting the taboo around the perineum
Do you think we talk enough about the problem of urinary leakage?
No. And even if I don't have urinary leaks, I still regret that my doctor didn't talk to me about perineal rehabilitation altogether, before I had my prolapse.
The women we meet often tell us that Emy is too expensive, what do you think?
I don't agree, I don't think the Emy probe is that expensive...
One last question: Emy in 3 words?
- Simple
- Playful
- Practical
I would add that your messages and your testimonies help me a lot because I feel less alone in the face of my problem.
